In 1972, after many years of plumbing together, Bill Gorges and Richard Watkins formed a partnership and named their new business Gorges & Watkins Plumbing Company. The company quickly grew and together they took care of many plumbing needs in the Wichita area. Twenty years later, Richard retired, and the business name was shortened to its current name of Gorges Plumbing, Inc. In 2014, Bill retired from the business after 42 years of plumbing new homes and commercial buildings. The company was then handed down to two of Bill’s sons, Chris and Mark Gorges. Currently, with over 60 years of plumbing experience, the guys can handle almost any plumbing need in your residential home.
